University Marketing seeks a videographer to turn complex concepts and ideas into compelling visual images and stories.
Turn complex concepts and ideas into compelling visual images and stories by producing/editing video/audio-based media for digital distribution
Consults with departments to assess and recommend video, audio and other media production requirements for various events, special projects and public relations projects
Capture still and video images at UCF events and creative location shoots
Capture and edit high quality video and audio for use online and other multimedia
Keyword and upload still and video images to online asset management systems
Update and maintain asset management and multimedia databases
Develop systems and procedures for digital asset management and streamline workflow process
Coordinate shoots, models and locations
Expand multimedia distribution and creative quality
Actively contribute in meetings as a member of the creative team
Provide recordable media with images to clients
Assist in posting still and video images UCF Social Media outlets, UCF Today, and other web-based entities
Maintain inventory of University Marketing and Communications photography/video equipment
Must have strong knowledge and expertise with video editing software
(Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition) and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications as needed to create at wide variety of documentation and video production projects using b-roll capture, motion graphics, graphics, titling, music, sound effects and narration.
Will participate in local creative community and associations
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Creative Director, University Marketing
Provide guidance to freelance and student/intern motion content creators
