Job Description

We're looking for an accomplished editor to help craft a powerful, character-driven documentary from an inspiring story of political opposites finding common ground around the pandemic and being transformed in the process. The Citizens' Panel on COVID-19 brought together 30 everyday Americans to point a way forward in the most divided state in the country—all while this fall's political storm and election raged around them.

This will be a unique verite film because—in spite of COVID—we secured intimate, high-quality footage of all their online interactions and personal journals, as well as on-location interviews and b-roll. You can learn more about the Panel at www.citizenspanel.us.

We're looking to work with an editor who has completed feature length documentaries that are character driven and done in a mostly verite style, and has had their work included in film festivals. We're looking to start immediately.
