Job Description

We are specifically African-American Females for both these roles: Camera Operator, and Camera PA, as part of our commitment to promoting diversity in the independent film industry.

Seeking a very accomplished camera operator who wants to graduate up to a DP. You will be combining your AC/Operator experience to support an older DP/operator. Lighting experience is required. This is a skeleton crew, due in part to COVID, so you will have to wear multiple hats. Having said that, the day will be non-stop but paced to not be too intense.

We are shooting a single day, with Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro 12k. The sequence is a dance sequence, so you must have some familiarity with dance and subtle camera movement.

Of course we have the camera. If you have access to minimal lighting, it is a plus but not necessary.

Pay is $175 end of day, credit and food for the Cam Op, $125 for the Camera PA. It will be a full 12 hour day in Los Angeles.
