Job Description : Post Production Coordinator

Position Summary
The Post Production Coordinator’s main function is to provide additional support and resources to productions they are assigned during the post process.

Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Director of Post.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises:
Post Production Assistants

Functions and Responsibilities
Distribution of all necessary paperwork, guidelines, and handbooks across the post department- including New Hire Forms, Start paperwork, Session Sheets. Onboarding & Offboarding.
Tracking time spent on each project.
Work with getting materials to and from Design Syndicate.
Oversee the posting of the Dailies for the team.
Update post templates provided by the platforms including continuity sheets, schedules.
Organizing all of the non-airable deliverables to networks & platforms.
Coordinate pulling promotional materials for vendors.
Getting materials transcribed including footage.
Coding to the shows and producing receipts to each Line Producer.
Submission of post production receipts to the line producers.
Preparing and creating credits for approvals.
Music & Archival cue sheets for each production.
Weekly update of all internal and external cuts, and general scheduling.
Liaise with the Operations Manager on seating availability and placement.
Scheduling the screening room for reviews.
