We are seeking a Part Time Project Coordinator who can work remotely to help manage one of our client projects. Candidates should be familiar with event coordination, outgoing, self-starters with an interest and knowledge of the media industry including traditional and social influencers, popular shows and thought leaders. This is a role for someone with a degree of creativity and latitude and the successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables are met. Minimum of 5 hours a week, during the work day.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with all relevant project stakeholders.
Manage the relationship with the client.
Draft, edit, and send email/letter pitches.
Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope and on-time.
Create and update the project’s pipelines.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
Proven working experience in sales and project management.
Has experience with working remotely.
A go-getter mindset with problem solving capabilities.
Experience in drafting and sending pitch letters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Expertise in all Google Drive programs, specifically, Google Sheets.
