EVENT LINE PRODUCER - FT

This is for a live high-end entertainment company, not a film/tv show. Events include red carpets, galas, openings, weddings, anniversaries, corporate functions, private residences and more.

Desciption:
*Work alongside CEO of High-End, Reputable, Rapidly Growing Entertainment Company
*Handle contracts, insurance, assist with budgets
*Handle administrative and logistical details of various events
*Respond to client inquiries, be clients' initial point of contact
*Create and maintain company schedule, calendar
*Book travel
*Handle reimbursements and logging
*Maintain organized records
*Communicate with talent
*Communicate with vendors
*Communicate with Social Media team
*Maintain a professional representation of CEO and company

Skills Req'd:
*Excellent written and oral skills
*Experience in entertainment and event production MANDATORY - min 3 years
*Great with expense reports, word processing programs, basic video editing, spreadsheets, charts, other programs a plus
*Excellent organizational skills and attn to detail
*Autonomous and confident with project management
*Positive, solution-based perspective
*Extreme trustworthyness and protection of brand
*Desire to be a part of a team mentality
*Must have own car and laptop
*Fun to be around and all around good person
