Job Description

LATE NOTICE: Light special effects makeup needed for short film shoot *THIS SUNDAY* In Topanga. Need to create an old bruise and a fresh bruise on a kid's shoulder and arm. This scene is scheduled for the afternoon, so it's possible to do a half day. The earlier part of the day would be light touch up on a father and son (two characters) who may be out in the rain. It's possible we need to paint bruises on a mannequin as well.

I posted this as an Assistant, but there is no Supervisor. It's really for someone who wants to build credits and portfolio. The film team is a group that includes an award-winning playwright, screenwriter, and editor who are doing a series of shorts as an exercise and to submit to short film festivals. So all cast and crew are waiving fees for this first one, and we will provide meals, possibly transportation (from Beverly Grove area to Topanga), and the chance to work with a group that spans from 18 to 60, some of whom have major credentials in the biz.
