Job Description

I am looking for a gaffer to help with a 20 minute narrative short that will be shot in April in Colorado Springs, CO. The filming will take 3-4 days. The film is a suicide awareness/prevention film.

Suicide has personally affected me my whole entire life, losing my father figure and almost (and thank god not) my mom. This project will be so important, beautiful, inspiring, and heartbreaking. After the credits role, we will also have a mental health professional plugging resources and donation sites to help those who have lost or are themselves struggling with depression.

Although our team may not be able to pack your wallet to the degree your talent deserves, the script has potential to be a truly amazing and important film. We plan to enter it in Sundance, and we have some amazing actors.
