Job Description

We're collaborating with Grammy Award-winning musicians and educators, to create outstanding video tutorials, in which they share their unique approach to music playing. By opening the door to their hearts and minds we're giving every aspiring music learner a way to learn from the absolute Icons in the industry. By combining it with a kick-ass tech-enabled platform we believe we can change the way people learn music, and later on all creative fields.

Reporting to the Head of Production, As a Video Editor for tonebase, you'll be responsible for the Final Edit and Post Production of our video tutorials as well as the creation of Marketing Material. Experience in Color Correction and Motion Graphics are definitely a plus.

We're looking for driven, ambitious, enthusiastic, creative, and experienced professionals and we value autonomy, ownership, clarity of thought and great communication. We also expect our team members to be simply decent human beings and a pleasure to be around with.

This a full-time position in our DTLA office.

The application process includes:
1. technical assignment (Creation of 30-60 second trailer),
2. written assignment (questions on trailer creation process, a tutorial review question, and a number of general questions)
3. Onsite interview in our DTLA office
4. Trial period
