Job Description

Starting as crew in 2001, now owner and multi-award winning director of Genius Produced is looking for a ROCKSTAR executive assistant.

A bit about who you will be working for: K. Rocco Shields has re- defined the industry by creating "The Hollywood Counter Culture" -- a unique all-in house studio located in Culver City California. There, the company focuses on projects that change the world -- and are dedicated to creating original content that follows suit.

Here are the necessary qualifications:

-excellent multi-tasker and can keep up in a fast-paced environment

- detail oriented - there are a ton of things that come up throughout the day, and I need someone that has an excellent memory / org skills to make sure nothing is missed.

-excellent temperament

-no ego - sometimes you WILL be asked to do things aren't super glamorous: like walk the dog, wash the car, etc.

-prior agency/management assistant experience required

- must have car and be comfortable with a background check

- good writing ability - Genius Produced has a ton of scripts that need coverage and often need paragraphs written, website copy checked, ect.

- attend meetings and take notes

- track calendar/schedule/correspondence

- communicate on her behalf and take phone calls from time to time.

- PET FRIENDLY

- Mac Proficent

- PRODUCTION SAVVY BIG PLUS: i.e. we do tons of shoots and sometimes film little things around the office. If you can operate lights or a camera, you can expand your portfolio tremendously with a ton of opportunities.

- willingness to help and jump in when needed

- client interface. YOU are a direct representation of CEO & company. When people come to the office for meetings, they need to be treated as guests. :)

- all around amazing human being with a desire to learn: She will teach you everything she knows from directing/producing/writing/running a company/ surviving in hollywood

- social media posting etc.
