Job Description

Sanctuary is a production company focusing on commercial production. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to work full-time in our Culver City office. This person will be working alongside our Controller fulfilling all accounting responsibilities. We would like our candidate to have experience working in media production.

Job overview & responsibilities:

Use Quickbooks to pay bills, cut checks, and work on profit and loss reports
Processing check requests from production teams
Managing all invoices and making payments in a timely manner
Maintaining our filing system and documents accurately
Coordinate with vendors and teams regarding invoices when necessary
Processing invoices and payments
Reconcile credit card statements for all company credit cards

The person we are looking for:

2+ years of Accounting experience
Degree in Accounting/Business related field
Reconciliation experience preferred (Amex/credit cards)
Detail oriented and very organized
Team player
Production experience preferred
Proven Excel skills
Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
