-Take care of all client requests for furniture and a variety of other needs
-Manage and facilitate office moves including furniture and equipment and assist tech team when needed
-Clean and stage empty suites for tours
-Stock and clean lounges daily at both locations
-Maintain adequate inventory and order or shop for items as necessary
-Record all purchases in excel
-Process AC and other building maintenance requests and make sure they are completed by engineer
-Program and simple troubleshooting of phones and printers
-Order/program access cards and distribute to new guests
-Create signage for suites and offices
-Manage basic social media interaction/posts
