Job Description

2x Emmy Award-Winning travel TV Producer and Host was recently greenlit to produce 13 episodes of a new travel series for cable TV and is looking for an editor who’s based in LA. The series is fun and informational and has multiple moments for music video style montages with the footage. (a la Instagram/Influencer style editing!) Episodes are 25-28:15 minutes in length with bloopers at the end in the credits. Somewhat cookie cutter format with outline provided, Adobe Premiere bins organized, and Producer will help pull some music options for each episode.

This is not a full-time job. It’s a side gig where if all goes well after trying a first episode, you could be offered a bundle deal to edit 5 or 10 episodes, each one to be completed 30 days after receiving the hard drive so it would give a cushion if you’re working on other projects.
