Job Description

1. At IVT Studios- we take the Film Directors' position and Producers' position very seriously. Everyone can't take this role ...here...
2. IVT studio-Pascale
Even if you have worked in the film industry without making a mark within the first 5 years…then you a not a Director… 5-years is enough to earn name and fame in this industry…if you are talented and dedicated.

3. So, at IVT Studios- we have created a strict hierarchy to groom Directors… anyone who wants to become a Director.
4. 1. Director
MFA-Directing...Minimum...
5-feature-films in 5 year period… and all 5 films should have earned around 300% or more revenue than the film budget, and 3- awards…(IVT Studio-pay scale-50K-65K per movie- this includes-Prep, Production and Post-Production).Even if it was low budget-no problem…
5. 2. 4th rank Executive Director
MFA...Directing and-Worked under a reputed Director…the last 3-years – 3 –features and 2-films... the films must have earned more than 200% of the film budget-2-awards. Within 4 years. (IVT Studio-pay scale-20K-35K per movie- this includes-Prep, Production and Post-Production)
6. 3. 3rd rank Executive Director
MFA-and -last 3 years- 2-feature films- and 1 feature must have earned 150% of the film budget and 1-award. (IVT Studio-pay scale-20K-25K per movie- this includes-Prep, Production and Post-Production).
7. 4. 2nd rank Executive Director
MFA- and - last 3 years- 1 feature film and it must have earned more than 100% revenue…(IVT Studio-pay scale-15K-20K per movie- this includes-Prep, Production and Post-Production)
8. 5. Executive Director
MFA-and- last 3 years-2- feature films… (IVT Studio-pay scale-10K-15K per movie- this includes-Prep, Production and Post-Production)
6. AD-1
MFA-and - (IVT Studio-pay scale-$300per day- this includes-Prep, Production).AD-1 in a couple of features…
