Job Description

Looking for a Sound Mixer/Boom Operator for our short film, A Perfect Date. We'll be filming October 8 & 9, 2018. This is a passion project which happens to be a simple boy meets girl story. This lovely little film although simple at first glance speaks volumes about the nuances of relationships and the on-going presence of social media in our lives. We will be filming outdoors in Carlsbad, California. There are approximately 8 characters within a 14 page script. However, there is not a lot of dialogue. This is a very low-maintenance project. We'll be filming for two days, approximately 8am-6pm. As this is a low budget passion project, the daily rate is $200/day (this is negotiable). We will provide a place to stay the nights before so you don't have to drive in rush hour traffic to Carlsbad both mornings.
