Job Description

Auffant Films is seeking an experienced 1st AC for a 6 day shoot in Taylor Texas, and downtown Austin Texas

Film dates are the 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th, and 13th of November

The 7th, and 8th would be outside filming days, and as November is a rainy month we might need to move to the 9th, and 10th as alternate days.

There is also a day where we will be doing pickups, and that could be the 14th, 15th, or 17th of November

We realize it's difficult to set aside days when you might have other confirmed work, so there's no hard feelings if you can't make the alternate days work, but we will have to go with someone else on the alternate days if you're not available.

All equipment will be provided:
Wireless Follow Focus
Wireless video system
SmallHD Monitor for focus pulling

AC will need to have experience in pulling focus on the fly with a wireless follow focus.
The DP will be using a Ronin 2, so most shots will have movement of some kind.

We will be filming on a red epic dragon with Xeen primes

Please provide a sample of your work, a demo reel with focus changes would be preferred along with a sample of a completed project that you pulled focus for.

The DP is available prior to the shoot if you need time to practice with the system.
