Job Description

May & June 2018 - Santorini & Mykonos, Greece

The Extras Coordinator is responsible for:
a) locally sourcing possible Extras for the film production
b) gathering and organizing information about the possible Extras (name, contact numbers, age, appearance, etc.),
c) making the appropriate selection of Extras according to the scene requirements,
d) hiring the Extras in accordance to the production requirements per scene/filming date and informing them on any
special dress or props requirements
e) manage the Extras during the production and coordinate them (following the Director’s instructions) during shooting
f) manage paperwork & accounts relating to Extras.

The Extras Coordinator must be resourceful in finding/securing local possible Extras as needed prior to and during the production.
