Job Description

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience & two references

Ability to work in both Mac and Windows environment, Software app support: Adobe CC (Pr, Ae, Ps, Ai, Lr), Davinci Resolve, FCPx, Cine4d,

Knowledge with shared storage (NAS, SAN) system and MAM, Open Drives & CatDV experience a plus

Experience creating MAM workflows/automation

Experience supporting the training of end users, including creating training docs and running onboardings

Supremely organized and experienced with asset tracking, organization, media files, meta data, post production processes around MAM.

Solid understanding of overall IT structure as it relates to post production

Deep understanding of the media asset lifecycle from recall/ingest/acquisition to distribution and archive

High level of technical understanding with: video codecs, hard drives, workflow, CPU’s, non-linear editing, field media managing

Excellent ability to communicate & train through both oral and written means

Good organizational skills; must be able to track large scale projects and keep teams updated on status

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in documenting department processes.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays

Experience in similar fast paced environments, self starter
