Treatment Designer/Post Coordinator
Los Angeles, CA

Job Description
Highly proficient design artist and in-house post coordinator position available immediately at Hollywood production office. The right candidate works in collaboration with a team of Executive Producers, Directors, Writers and Managers to ensure layout presentations align aesthetically with company pitches. A creative type is expected, as treatments involve strong visual research, and innovative concepting and craft. Ultimately, the quality and proficiency of work will capture the company brand and engage clients.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with Directors, EPs and Writers to oversee visual research and treatment layouts for delivery to agency and clients
• Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments
• Maintain a proprietary database of recent and completed film work; communicating with post vendors to gather all source materials and deliverables
• Maintain inventory of final drives and media from jobs
• Maintain Internet and company server, including relationships with outside vendors who service both
• Maintain company website and in-house email accounts; post new creative work
• Communicate with various database vendors to upload and update past and current company work including all film credits, crew and staff
• Troubleshoot everyday issues concerning Internet and staff computers
• Upon occasion, work with directors on finalizing director edits/cuts

Requirements
• Experience as a Visual Designer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with image editing software like InDesign, Pages, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Strong aesthetic skills and visual eye; extensive film, TV, tech and media knowledge
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Organized and meets deadlines while working on team projects
