Job Description

Yes this is a ridiculously low budget project, but that doesn't mean low quality, although there are some things you have to live with at this level. But I know what good work is, I have been at the top of my field in advertising, Exec Creative Director supervising over 100 high end commercials budgeted over $300,000 and an off off broadway playwrite for over 20 years. I say this so you know I am not a confused, egotistical, self-destructive filmmaker feeding his vanity. I am making a great movie, I now need a talented PPS to put this all together with flair. I am collaborative, a straight shooter, well respected and I trust people and they trust me. So if you are a high quality person I will not use you or burn you out, or disrespect the honor will give me in working with you. The project is two weeks from fine cut, and we will need a workflow to put this jigsaw puzzle together, sound repair and enhancement, SFX, CGI, titles, a composer to work with stock music and compose, purchase advice on 4 song rights, need to blend in 5 original songs recorded in a studio in upstate NY, help envision and manage the neo film noir (B/W with tint?) color grading, and FINALLY help prepare and deliver to distribution networks. We are working on other projects we hope to complete in 2018 so if this partnerhip works that would help both of us.
NOTE: They require one location on this post, but I am in SF until April so we can work in SF long distance with the editor in NYC or you can be in NY and work with me long distance.
