Job Description

StudioBinder is a software company in the film industry that is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and hardworking, and is passionate about the startup world.

We're seeking a full-time customer success representative to support and guide customers through the various services and products that we provide, and provide assistance with troubleshooting issues.

It's critical to have deep, working experience with video production, customer service experience, excellent grammar, extremely detail oriented, a friendly and professional attitude, an ability to respond quickly, and have strong multi-tasking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

In general, you’ll be providing support to new and existing customers using our Live Chat tool on our website. Primary customer support duties include:

- Answer and resolve customer issues via live chat quickly and effectively
- Multi-task and prioritize customer conversations, while also using available resources and knowledge base to answer customer questions
- Respond to chat inquiries in 2 minutes or less
- Update support documentation as you go to upkeep a living FAQ document for internal purposes
- Create and update Support Articles in Knowledge Base
- Reply to customer support questions via Email and Social Media
- Provide assistance to our team internally with various tasks
- Work in a high volume, fast-paced, and changing environment

Requirements:

- Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Working experience in a production (producing, directing, 1st AD'ing, etc.)
- Very strong problem-solving skills and tech-troubleshooting skills
- People person, empathetic, patient, and conversational with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and organized
- Must type a minimum of 65 words per minute
- Must provide concise feedback and support to customers professionally
- Excellent reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills

- Design skills (Photoshop, Sketch, Canva, etc)
