Job Description

“Bay For Blood” Plot Summary (15 min):
James and Rob are hiding out in isolation to fix their mutual issues. As time progresses the two reveal facts regarding their disturbing past relationship. An acquaintance of James’, Jessica, finds herself in an uncomfortable position as she contemplates the best way to handle the situation.

Goals for the Project:
I am trying to create a slow burning, tense horror thriller with very complex characters that convey a wide range of emotions. In addition to giving extensive verbal notes during rehearsals, I provide in-depth written character notes regarding their past along with a Scene-by-Scene analysis for each character. I have a very close attention to detail and specific vision regarding my characters. I am a very calm person who will never yell at actors/actresses or crew and will treat everyone with the most respect.

Breakdown:

Jessica (Female)-Teen, 20’s-30’s:
Very friendly and polite, but also self-righteous and a bit judgmental, Jessica lives strongly through her beliefs and really hates bullies. She speaks slowly and calmly.

James (Male)-Teen, 20’s-30’s:
Happy on the surface but paranoid and revenge minded deep down, James is a passionate individual with a nasty temper. He smiles often, but his eyes widen and he stutters when he is uncomfortable.

Rob (Male)-Teen, 20’s-30’s:
A guy who used to be a lot of fun, but also arrogant and dangerous to others, Rob has attempted to turn a new leaf in recent years. He tries to be rational and calm, but sometimes bites back sarcastically when feeling threatened by James.

Director's Bio:
Harry is a passionate filmmaker who has been watching movies since as long as he can remember. Some of his favorite films include, "Memento", "The Dark Knight", "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, "Alien", etc. He has seen over 3,000 films and is as crazy about movies as any individual you will ever meet. Harry has worked on a number of various films, and has written, produced, directed, and edited "515", "Enter the Room", and “In the Backseat”.
