Job Description

Convergent Entertainment is seeking a full time editor for a variety of in house productions.

Genre’s include factual, documentary and lifestyle. This is a great opportunity for a salaried position with full benefits package. Tired of freelance and looking for some stability? This job might be for you.

We are a small and hard working team looking for a dedicated go-getter type who isn't afraid to jump in where needed. Though the primary responsibility is editing, some post-coordination duties will be required. There is also the opportunity to be on set, (where needed/if desired) working closely with our directors to ensure a smooth transition into the edit. We primarily use Adobe Premiere but it is NOT required that you own your own suite, one will be provided for you.

Requirements:

Canadian Citizenship
BC Resident
Minimum 3-years professional editing experience (documentary or docu-series experience a bonus)
Positive attitude and a love for what you do!

Salary: 50K/Year
